Replace setup with App.Data.misc in JS files.

setup is a copy of App.Data.misc, and an avoidable one at that. Long term goal is to get rid of it, so I cleaned all JS files from it. In the twine files I left it in, best action would be to switch it when converting from Twine to JS.
