From what all I could gather, given how twisted in on itself the birth passage is, that gap was intended to preempt the text from appearing for csec destined slaves. So I did what you wanted to do and eliminated that IF statement.

Double check me to make sure I reversed the condition right. I make those deadends because I don't think well in the negation.

When in doubt, (!()) is always a thing.
