Type and nusery data fixes

• Make type annotations agree between infant/child/slave/player
• Fix addict, clone, and premature attributes being lost during nursery birth and infant->child upgrades
• Fix infant/child nationalities getting set to "child" instead of "slave"
• Fix infant/child genetic quirks not being set correctly
• Fix infant/child immortality genemod not being initialized correctly
