Request the correct size art for the art frame in use

Medium frames should ask for medium images, large frames should ask for large images.

This enables Deepmurk/NoX art height scaling in a bunch of events, but probably has no other effect for vector images, which autoscale to their containers anyway. Should reduce whitespace in rendered image packs, and will fix a problem for !9020 (merged).

As far as I can tell, this mistake comes from vanilla RESS and was just copied and pasted all over the place.
