Allow surname changes from newChildIntro. This includes setting a specified surname, removing the child's surname, regenerating it based on your universal rules (per !9166 (merged)), taking a parent's surname, or using an FS surname.
Allow the use of the arcology foundling/orphan surname when renaming slaves.
Allow the use of Chinese Revivalist names when renaming slaves in Chinese Revivalist arcologies (this seems to have been completely missed before, though all the other Revivalist FSes that have dedicated namelists were hooked up).
Use held JS references instead of DOM ID searches for name changes in newChildIntro.
