Convert manageCorporation to DOM

This was annoying, the corp really is something special.

The corporation doesn't reload the passage anymore, everything is done with replace.

Especially the specialization selection has enormous potential for deduping and moving stuff to App.Data, but that's a different project. The corporation also uses a lot of variables where undefined has a special meaning. Whoever wants to clean that one up will have a lot of fun.

@lowercasedonkey Added functionality to optionsGroup that allows to specify a custom refresh function (instead of reloading the passage), may be interesting for SI.
