fix courtesan barefoot description

Closes #3137 (closed)

I had thought this was related to moving clothing into data, but no, just an awkwardly worded coincidence. Fortunately, "footed" is singular and plural, because damned if I could think of a way for a single foot to be described as elegant in a phrase starting with "is."

Edit: I should also add, the hell can an outfit be "elegantly barefooted" anyway.
