Coursing to JS

This took much longer than I expected and is... odd, to say the least. I'd appreciate if you could take a look @svornost. It was hard to test some of the edge cases, especially switching hares mid-race, but it seems to test fine.

Cleans up a lot of globals too which is nice, although they were already being removed at the end of the event.
