Fix tooBigBelly

tooBigBelly was catching adult slaves in the 13-17 case, since it checked >= 13 instead of < 18. I fixed the issue, and standardized it alongside tooFatSlave and tooBigBreasts to sort the cases by ascending order of age and making the final case apply to 18+ implicitly instead of explicitly, like tooBigBalls, tooBigDick, and tooBigButt do.
