Expose titlebutton sizing variables globally (and Geckium fixes)

  • Geckium now uses the exposed titlebutton sizing variables to reserve a little space so tabs don't go under the titlebuttons in [sizemode="normal"];

  • Fixed Geckium's --aero-titlebuttons-right-offset affecting the maximized one;
  • Also added Windows Chromium quirk to titlebuttons positioning.
