Added support for 135+ and removed sideglow textures from the userChrome

This merge request adds support for 135+ for Aero userChrome and its Default, Geckium and WaveFox styles since those are meant to work in 135+ and it also removes sideglow textures and stylesheet code from the userChrome since that is handled by the KWin Aero Effect now.
