Support for advanced ending conditions in make_xml.py and including epilogue metadata in meta.xml.

For now, the game just looks for the existence of said metadata or the old <has_ending> tag to determine whether to display the SPNatI epilogue badge. In the future we'll indicate the existence of (additional) epilogues depending on conditions.
