Handle dialogue on the select screen and at game start in the general manner, enabling all the normal kinds of conditions to be applied. At the select stage, behaviour is dependent on which characters have already been selected and is not updated when other characters are selected, only when the character in question is. Not that when choosing a preset table, the loading is quite random. Hopefully good enough to resolve issue #19.
