Avoid duplicates of endings in localStorage

When I changed the unlocked endings to be stored as an array per character I forgot to check if an ending was already unlocked before adding it again.

We'll see if we need to add code to clean up duplicates.

- Discards all queens and above.
- With a straight or flush, only keeps the two lowest cards.
- Keeps one card from each pair, three of a kind, or four of a kind, minimizing the chance of getting a new pair.
- Doesn't especially avoid straight and flush draws, though.
