Mulan: Uses ~background~ variables and corrects some typos.

Sei: Sei references 9S's chest situation correctly, also has hints about her epilogue.

Move the candy so it doesn't overlap the title screen banner flair buttons.

Fixes all reported bugs. Small number of responses to Elizabeth and Miko. Adds a missing epilogue image.

I made very minor adjustments to the sides of the image to make it scroll more seamlessly.

The following 10 backgrounds have been removed:
Brick, Night, Seasonal, Bathhouse, Showers, Green Screen, Club, Library, Arcade and Hall.

There are 14 remaining backgrounds in the game.

Let already selected characters greet subsequently selected opponents.

- Adjusts the lines towards Ryuko for both characters
- Adds some more generic lines to Zone-tan
- Adds a sequence of lines for when Zone-tan is playing against characters with the 'student' or 'school_uniform' tag.

Note: Only when individuallty selected; when a group is selected, all characters arrive simultaneously, so it doesn't make sense to trigger an opponent_selected event, and all slots are prepared so they can all see which other characters are selected.

When using the random buttons, up to three opponents could already be present, but it's still to complicated to handle.

I hope I sprinkled the right amount of volatile behaviour updating and behaviour committing.

Change how "decent" status works.

* Players are initially decent if wearing at least one major article with position "upper", "lower", or "both", and is not initially exposed.

* Players are no longer decent after removing such major article, or, of course, an important one.

This reduces the number of changes needed to wardrobes and makes position="both" not strictly necessary - for now - but some characters with no major articles, like Pit, still need some changes from important to major.
