Smol dialogue fixes for smol Nagisa.

The new make_xml arranges cases in a different order, making the diff not particularly useful for this change. However, her total number of unique lines was consistent when generating the file before making the text corrections, so I have no reason to believe that any lines were lost in transition.

Combine all of the separate behavior-updating functions into updateAllBehaviours()
