60 lines, targets mostly to Shima with a few to Navi, and removes the boob sensor cases for futureproofing purposes. Also minor typo fixes.

I have revised Sanako's stage 0 images based on the specific feedback and reception that Sanako's each received in her Stage 0 Pose Review survey. I also endeavored to ensure that Sanako's legs have a little less symmetry.

Note that some of these images are from KKL v82, wherease others are still from KLL v54. The older images have "clipped shadows" and are not correctly aligned with their newer friends. When this entire stage of images is replaced with photoshop-embellished versions, I will have regenerated them all in v82, which will bring the shadows into alignment.
