ReformCopyright removed the mandatory requirement of having a `start` file in each text file, as these have been replaced by `selected` and `game_start` lines. Future xmls will be stamped "1.54" to help us troubleshoot this issue for people in the coming months.

Watch this space for a future solution by RC to the "Your pants is nice" problem, which will involve indicating which of your characters' clothing items sound plural.

Also fixes targeting toward Rinkah's breasts.

I accidentally left a case line out of my previous commit. And despite remembering not to remove the epilogue thumbnail designations, it looks like I had accidentally eaten those too. All fixed now.

Adds new preview images to many characters who lacked them. Also changes a few.

* Extra call to allowProgression() after the call to finishMasturbation(), which itself calls allowProgression(), caused the Ending popup to pop up automatically.

* Make sure that the main button is re-enabled after closing the ending popup without selecting an epilogue or restarting.
