Updates for Meia Gisborn, Jura Basil Elden, and Revy.

Meia:
* updated her model, including all her ingame and epilogue sprites.  Various tweaks to epilogue spritework/mechanics.  Also added several poses.
* added 19 targeted/generic lines (total now 11806 unique lines).  Fixed some typos and wording.

Jura:
* updated her model, including all her ingame and epilogue sprites.  Also tweaked her epilogue spritework/mechanics and added several poses.
* added 9 targeted/generic lines (total now 9383 unique lines).  Also fixed some typos and wording.

Revy:
* added a new pose, 5-stripped.png.
* added 10 targeted/generic lines (total now 8246 unique lines).

All images compressed via TinyPNG.  Added new Kisekae codes for Meia's and Jura's updated models.

Fixed a year and a half's worth of reported bugs for Angie. Also pluralized Angie's clothing and updated Angie's tags based on Hex's most recent recommendation.

Many of these lines work when Futaba's playing with the Phantom Thieves. She will talk about cosplaying as GL characters with other PTs, and remarks on WFT's JOI to other PTs.

Makes some small adjustments to Mahiru's model to make her appear less awkward.
