This code might be a bit messy, but it seems to work after basic testing.

Implemented a new method for epilogues that should result in dramatic
space savings.

This should be completely backwards compatible, so it should have no
negative effect on current epilogues.

Include testing and offline characters offline; install a version of config.xml without those to production.
