To support forthcoming line functionality that can assess whether an item of clothing sounds plural, each character will need to be updated with a `plural=true` on selected lines in their wardrobe list. If this is not set, the speaker will presume that all items sound singular, unfairly making it look like the *speaker* is the crazy one when things go wrong.

With mod permission, I am going through and updating the xml files of characters who have had no content edits in the past six months. If you were working on an update to any of these characters, feel free to overwrite these changes. However, remember to flag the relevant clothing items as plural in your text document or Character Editor. And I suspect that the new Chara will bump the old one to "Chara classic".

As Bi, Caleb, Captain Falcon, and Chara were all made with make_xml, I have rebuilt these behaviour files using their original text documents. However, BlackRose was made with a *much* earlier version of make_xml that didn't support epilogues and also rearranged every case, making a rebuild beyond the scope of this commit.

- Moved many files into different subfolders to reduce cluttter
- Moved some character-specific files to their respective character

You can now search for *** and find the stripping/stripped lines with
notes on how to write responses

This wasn't causing problems for normal browser play, but it would cause
the game to load improperly in other environments.

All released characters should now have a <release> tag indicating the
relative order in which they were officially released in the game.
WIP characters in the repo do not have this tag, but it should be added
when they are officially completed.
Release numbers were automatically added by an external script, which also
seems to have converted some tabs to spaces and moved some comments, but
there should be no change to the meta.xml data (other than the new <release>
tag) otherwise.

Fixes punctuation, capitalization and intonation.

This is just a temporary measure - it can be removed if people wish, or
when a better system is introduced.
