Fixes: Sonya, Shantae, Seven, Sayla, Saki, Samus, Moon, Misty, Marceline, Kurumu, Jasmine, Felicia, Corrin_f, Chiaki, Captain Falcon, Black Canary, Ann, and Angie.

Includes a few typo fixes for 9S and Marinette.

Updated, modernized and cleaned up both behavior.xml and corrin_f_bhv.txt, added markers to the txt file so they can be converted into markers.xml

Modernized a few of FemCorrin's lines. Also removed the lines targeted at m_corrin, since they were not used (lines should now all be correctly targeted towards corrin_m)

Renamed female Corrin's folder from `f_corrin` to `corrin_f`.

- This will keep the Corrins together in the file listing.
- This will ensure that Corrin appears in the right alphabetical position in the Character Editor.
- This naming is consistent with reskin folders, which also put the name first and the variation second. However, male and female Corrin are quite different and have different authors and artists.
- The old folder name was bugging me for a long time.

The rename required find-replacing approximately 1400 inbound `f_corrin`s. This was done by machine and took seconds. However, beware of merge conflicts when updating older versions of the affected dialogue files.
