Pulling info from the wiki to get some starting writing aids

Returns Elizabeth's Tandem tag as well

Elizabeth now no longer needs any behaviour.xml file editing after generating it using make_xml.py

Per "Tag, You're It" for an upcoming character by ANDRW: Tandem tag is for characters that have a partner during their loss phase. Because of the (growing) frequency of these events, it makes it easier to target characters with a general tandem case, or for multiple instances.

I've regenerated Elizabeth's .xml using the editor to make it easy to add lines using edit-dialogue.txt moving forward.  Mostly.

I recommend finding a better solution to line addition, such as having Elizabeth's author use the editor for new line addition. :)

This update greatly reduces the amount of broken images of Elizabeth, hopefully removing them altogether.

This update by yu_ser increases Elizabeth's linecount to 2103, and updates her model and poses. She has been added to testing table #5.

As she has the fewest unique lines for a non-silent female character (201), Elizabeth has been moved off the main roster and into the offline_opponents folder. A contributor already wishes to mount an attempt to revive her, so he is welcome to make improvements and then submit her for the testing tables where she will be subject to the same sponsorship standards as any character wishing to enter the main roster.

This shoots her line count up to exactly 200. I also removed her "start" image, since it was identical to her 0-calm image.

Elizabeth was lacking a .txt dialogue file, which I now added.

All released characters should now have a <release> tag indicating the
relative order in which they were officially released in the game.
WIP characters in the repo do not have this tag, but it should be added
when they are officially completed.
Release numbers were automatically added by an external script, which also
seems to have converted some tabs to spaces and moved some comments, but
there should be no change to the meta.xml data (other than the new <release>
tag) otherwise.
