To support forthcoming line functionality that can assess whether an item of clothing sounds plural, each character will need to be updated with a `plural=true` on selected lines in their wardrobe list.

With mod permission, I am going through and updating the xml files of characters who have had no content edits in the past six months. If you were working on an update to any of these characters, feel free to overwrite these changes. However, remember to flag the relevant clothing items as plural in your text document or Character Editor.

As Elena, Evie, Fred, Lara, and Leela were all made with make_xml, I have rebuilt these behaviour files using their original text documents. I've skipped some characters on this pass because rebuilding their xmls with this method completely shuffles the cases, which would make diff comparision impossible.

- At the time of removal, Lara had only 157 unique lines, not meeting
the 180 requirement to be put on the testing tables or the 200
requirement to get on the main roster.
- Like all offline_opponents, Lara is welcome to rejoin the game through
the same process that a new character with 180+ lines follows: testing
tables, sponsorship, readmission to main roster.
- Removed Lara's title screen "candy" images for the duration of her
absence.

I need to look up whether she actually had any character-specific
win/loss lines at any time.

For characters starting with K or L

- Changes text from 'panties' to 'thong' for characters wearing a thong
- Adds the 'thong' tag to those characters so others can react
specifically
- Adds a 'thong' table

"Funny" changed to "Silly" to better reflect the character
"Sporty" changed to "Athletic" to avoid overlap and get more bang for
our buck.

All released characters should now have a <release> tag indicating the
relative order in which they were officially released in the game.
WIP characters in the repo do not have this tag, but it should be added
when they are officially completed.
Release numbers were automatically added by an external script, which also
seems to have converted some tabs to spaces and moved some comments, but
there should be no change to the meta.xml data (other than the new <release>
tag) otherwise.
