Adjusted a few lines as a result of survey feedback and game "bug" reports. Also added a small number of lines identified as pain points in the survey.

Remi 4 - Shima 6.1

Remi - Miko banter, Meia targets, small number of Marceline targets, bubble functionality. Shima - Jura interaction fixes. edit-dialogue for both characters.

-Adds scaling to her meta .xml, and some new images. This is so it's easy to revert changes between saves in the editor, which natively removes the scaling function. This should have the side effect of making her head cut off dialogue less.
-Her behavior .xml needs a bit more time to be updated to make use of these, but I'm storing them on gitlab for now.
