Keep empty incomplete_opponents and offline_opponents directories to keep the Character Editor from crashing.

Per Superfluous User's request, deletes Riva, Navi, and Sola from the offline version of the game while he reworks them.

Per /u/BlueKoin's request, updates the testing tables.

Before implementing our proposed DLC and marketing schemes, I figured I'd give the players a refreshing taste of Kool-Aid.

Various spelling and markup corrections, as well as replacement of HTML entity references that XML parsers choke on.

Moves Uhura to Incomplete Opponents.

Also removes Orendi from the testing tables

Sheva has not received an update in about 6 weeks, and her author has been completely inactive since Sheva got on the testing tables.

Ayano has not seen recent development and is considered an inactive project. If she gets any further development, she is welcome to return to the testing tables.

I forgot to do this when corrin_m was added back to the testing tables

Added Meia to listing.xml. Her files were added in the previous commit.

To make room, Ryuko has been moved off the live testing tables and into the incomplete_opponents folder. Any development activity at all is enough to promote her back to live testing. However, this character was added on the 1st of November 2017 and has had no development updates since.

After FrostFireFive's update, Annie is back on the testing tables. Her old version has been removed from the incomplete_opponents folder.

Added Sheva and Angie to the testing tables; moved Amalia, Chiaki, and Chica to incomplete_opponents

Two new characters are available for testing: Sheva and Angie! Please try out both of them and give feedback to their respective authors.

Amalias, Chiaki, and Toy Chica have been moved off the live testing tables and into the incomplete_opponents folder. Any development activity at all is enough to promote these gals back to live testing.

I intend to pick this character up and continue her journey to sponsorship.
