the bug is fixed, though it should hopefully have not affected many people because it's tricky to cause (usually the undefined value would be caught by a guard check and given a value)

to get the error they need estatePersistent to be defined by the time passage, then they need to get the newDeckTimer all the way from 3 down to 0 for the check to happen in the passage that it happened in. newDeckTimer only decays if you have marked cards.... or if you get caught cheating, never having marked cards (which would create a set) and just getting caught by peeking, and then returning to the table next day

the cheating options now aren't presented as a separate passage, so there isn't a flash and a half second of "loading" time before you can make your choice anymore

note, this didn't remove the need for the stale-ness check, as marking cards still leads to a separate passage (in this case it's a stylistic choice, since it's logically a new passage that will either lead to you being punished or allow you to return to the game. It just wouldn't make sense to apply the suspicion gains again even though it's the same turn, so the stale-ness check remains)

also, previously the option to peek would be gone if you had reached the max number of marked cards, which was not intentional
