More Fixes

1. Fix incubator ready release marker in penthouse block not appearing
2. Fix PC parent relationships not appearing in slave summaries
3. Fix a case where the bodyguard could get scheduled to fight herself in the pit (and a couple other pit scheduling glitches)
4. Fix some truncated text in the PC birthday event
5. Combine ad-hit and variety-hit bonuses. They were always supposed to be identical.
