Fixes

1. Delete isFloat. It's currently unused, I can't imagine a legitimate use case for it where Number.isInteger or Math.trunc wouldn't work better, and it's a moderately braindead implementation. From #3057

2. Bump the version number to avoid problems like #3058 (closed) and #3059 (closed). Closes #3059 (closed).
