Added plural values to the clothing of Miss Pauling, Paya, Peach, Penny, and Piper · 2aa0645e
      Arndress authored
To support forthcoming line functionality that can assess whether an item of clothing sounds plural, each character will need to be updated with a `plural=true` on selected lines in their wardrobe list.

I am going through and updating the xml files of characters who have had no content edits in the past six months. If you were working on an update to any of these characters, feel free to overwrite these changes. However, remember to flag the relevant clothing items as plural in your text document or Character Editor.

As Miss Pauling, Paya, Peach, Penny, and Piper were all made with make_xml, I have rebuilt these behaviour files using their original text documents. Some of these files are really dusty, so I'm enjoying seeing the small changes made by the rebuild: impossible lines like post-loss victory removed, meta xmls getting tags, seeing the outdated lt/gt warnings replaced, etc.

Moved Piper to the offline_opponents folder + misc · da54ef59
      Arndress authored
Piper is the female character with the second-lowest number of unique
lines at only 138. Due to the preciousness of space, we'd like to see
her reach 200 unique lines before returning to the online version.

      - Updated Nugi-chan's text files in preparation for her new images

      Update released opponents' meta.xml w/release tag · dfd74f3e
      Master-Fate authored
All released characters should now have a <release> tag indicating the
relative order in which they were officially released in the game.
WIP characters in the repo do not have this tag, but it should be added
      when they are officially completed.
Release numbers were automatically added by an external script, which also
seems to have converted some tabs to spaces and moved some comments, but
there should be no change to the meta.xml data (other than the new <release>
      tag) otherwise.
