Sheena: Adds a completely new Summon Spirit and new target lines for Catria, Mulan and Shimakaze. Additionally I tried to write some call outs for them both. That should make targeting them a little easier. Thanks!

To support line functionality that can assess whether an item of clothing sounds plural, each character will need to be updated with a `plural=true` on selected lines in their wardrobe list. This is supported by the latest versions of the Character Editor (from v2.1.1) and make_xml (from v1.55). I recommend doing this for your own characters before a guide is written showing how to write these lines.

I'm going through and updating the xml files of characters who have had no content edits in the past six months. If you see the name of character you're working on, watch out for edit conflicts.

Ciri, Sheena, and Sheeva all had behaviour.xml files of unknown creation method, so I sought a method of altering them while making the smallest diff. The Character Editor worked best here.

As Sheena fared third-worst on a recent popularity poll, she is moving to offline_opponents in this commit. Should a contributor wish to mount an attempt to revive Sheena, they are welcome to make improvements and then submit her for the testing tables where she will be subject to the same sponsorship standards as any character wishing to enter the main roster.

- "Embarrassing" typo is the word "embarrass*" spelled wrongly in various characters: old Hermione documents, Kim, Lilith, Ryuko, Seven, Sheena. Marinette also makes this mistake once, but I didn't correct so as to avoid future merge conflicts.
- Had a report of Buffy's "clothing" line being a missed variable. I'm not 100% sure how it was intended, but it makes more sense to me in context if it's a variable.
- Twilight had "accessory" misspelled twice, which left those lines out of her xml. I fixed this and added some new lines while I was there.

This wasn't causing problems for normal browser play, but it would cause
the game to load improperly in other environments.

True purpose for this commit: Trying to prompt a rebuild for our Pages
hosting

All released characters should now have a <release> tag indicating the
relative order in which they were officially released in the game.
WIP characters in the repo do not have this tag, but it should be added
when they are officially completed.
Release numbers were automatically added by an external script, which also
seems to have converted some tabs to spaces and moved some comments, but
there should be no change to the meta.xml data (other than the new <release>
tag) otherwise.
